Michele
Place has been involved in the health and fitness industry
for 18 years. She chooses the Pilates method for a variety
of reasons: the fluidity of movement integrating the whole
body appeals to her love of dance; the combination of strength
and the flexibility incorporated into each Pilates session
is a complete workout creating a feeling of balance and vitality;
and the focus on proper body mechanics brings a graceful awareness
and alignment to the motions of daily life.
Michele uses her knowledge of Pilates and applied kinesiology
to educate you about your own physical strengths and weaknesses.
This newfound awareness is meant to be used not only in your
studio workout, but throughout daily activities, often creating
a profound change in body awareness, posture, and stamina.

Michele Place holds the following certifications: Integrated
Teacher Training taught by Madeline Black at A Body of Work
Sonoma, Physicalmind Institute Pilates Mat Instructor, American
Council on Exercise (ACE), and NIA Blue Belt Instructor. |
